I have been very patient with my situation but I am now very frustrated and now been pushed over the edge , My refund... was supposed to be processed 1/28 it was then held for apparent wrong information with act information and we confirmed everything is correct with numbers it is now 2/17 no one has called me back to fix this issue the property manager from were we lived at stated they tried to reach out and heard nothing from them as well this is very unprofessional I have been waiting on a call back from Henry for follow ups and I have been passed around I ask for someone hire up and apparently there is no one to help . when I do call they say we will escalate your case and it has not been escalated saying someone will call and nothing has been done I need this to be solved my family is being with held from our money that should be returned it should not take this long to reprocess a refund or send a check I hope they can resolve this issue with a timely manner and redeem themselves.read more
